TGaS Advisors expands its roster of services
Just in time to address the new AMP rule for federally-reimbursed drug pricing, TGaS Advisors (East Norriton, PA) is opening a Contract Management practice as an addition to its longstanding benchmarking and advisory services for commercial organizations in the life sciences industry. Additionally, it is expanding with practices in Incentive Compensation Excellence and Medical Regulatory Legal Operations. According to the company, all three areas “reflect high client demand.”
The new Contract Management Practice, formerly part of TGaS Managed Markets, is designed to help companies evaluate the structure and alignment, resources, systems, processes and capabilities of their contracting organization, according to Brian Deppen, newly promoted VP. TGaS can share best practices within the functions of contract strategy, proposal development and approval, contract administration and government pricing to help clients achieve best in class capabilities.
“TGaS is constantly looking for ways to meet the changing needs of life sciences companies, whether established, emerging or startup," said Gary McWalters, TGaS president, in a statement. "We expanded our offerings to reflect the growing importance of Contract Management, Incentive Compensation and MRL to companies who are being challenged to optimize their contracting in a radically new healthcare environment, incentivize a new generation of sales professionals and streamline a review process critical to every company’s success.”
TGaS recently established an Emerging Life Sciences Network to provide a database of industry practices along with consulting services.
