Smith: Direct Relief is a nonprofit. We're based out of Santa Barbara, Calif. and we ship prescription drugs and medical supplies to approximately 90 countries every year including all US states and territories. I'm on our transportation team and our team is the one that figures out how to get the product from our warehouses in the US and Europe to other countries all over the world. We receive product donations directly from manufacturers
