Healthcare tech company acquires Medical Marketing Economics, a provider of value-based strategy support
Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions company, has acquired Medical Marketing Economics, LLC (MME), a supplier of pricing, reimbursement and market access (PRMA) services.
MME offers the aforementioned pricing and reimbursement services, contracting strategy and tactics, and custom payer market research to life sciences companies, particularly emerging biotech, who hope to overcome obstacles such as determining and communicating the optimal market value of their innovations. MME officials say that its team brings in a collective total of 300 years of pharma market access, pricing and reimbursement experience.
“The MME team [is] very excited to join the Indegene family. This partnership gives us access to a larger customer base, a global operations infrastructure, and significant opportunities for growth through adjacent services,” notes Jack M. Mycka, MME global president and CEO. “Alongside Indegene’s clinical, medical and commercial solutions, we can further help clients identify, frame, communicate and capture the value of their medical innovations. Together with Indegene and our client teams, we look forward to enable future ready healthcare.”
