Eagle Productivity opens new training center in Spain
CRM-software training company expands its international presence
Eagle Productivity (Rochester, NY), which provides training services for (among other things) many of the sales-force automation tools used by life sciences sales teams, has opened a new office in Málaga, Spain. The office will handle customer training and train-the-trainer activities, and serve as a staging area for remote training.
The office “brings our services to a market that currently is underserved in the area of training and is looking for an experienced company specializing in the pharmaceutical industry,” according to CEO Robert Canaan. It’s not that Spain or Europe has been unreachable prior to the office’s opening; the company already has a center in Frankfurt, Germany, and says that it has provided services to 18 of the top 20 pharma companies, in 40 countries and in 20 languages.
