Life Science Logistics (Dallas, TX), a mid-size third-party (3PL) provider, is not only at work on tripling its Indianapolis facility to 200,000 sq. ft., but is already making plans for a next stage of expansion at some point in 2017, the company says. The current expansion will be online in as soon as a month; John Blackington, director of business development, says that the existing space will be dedicated to cold chain and DEA-regulated products, while the new space will be filled with conventional ones.
