Verista acquires Hawkins Points

Verista, a compliance, automation and packaging solutions organization for the life sciences industry, has acquired Hawkins Point, a provider of life sciences business and technology services. The deal expands upon Verista’s capabilities, adding research and development (R&D) and commercialization technology services for large pharma, early-stage biotech and medical device companies.

The addition of Hawkins Point leverages Verista’s pedigree in FDA-regulated services in information technology (IT) and manufacturing technology. It completes Verista’s lifecycle support for life sciences companies, which consists of consulting, technology and manufacturing services—from early-stage research through commercialization and more.

Adding Hawkins Point’s 100-plus associates brings Verista’s total number of employees to about 500.
