Acquires Scientific Commercialization, a medical affairs consulting and analytics business
The CM Group, LLC, a provider of information and knowledge services to the biopharma sector, announced the acquisition of Scientific Commercialization, LLC (SC), a medical affairs consulting and business intelligence software solutions company.
Scientific Commercialization offers consulting, analytics and other functions to life sciences and biopharma companies, including services that range from product strategy, launch and execution, to organizational design and process optimization. The company also provides business intelligence solutions, including SC-Insight, social listening and natural language processing.
The acquisition of Scientific Commercialization is the next step in The CM Group’s growth strategy, executives say. The company unveiled the Px Group in 2017, a division focused on incorporating patient and caregiver voices through all stages of a company’s pre-commercial and commercial activities.
