Purchase helps expands business’ label and packing services.
Resource Label Group (RLG), a provider of label and packaging solutions, has acquired Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company (PLLC), a manufacturer of printed inserts, labels, and packaging components for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers.
PLLC will combine efforts with the recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG’s national capabilities for the pharma and healthcare industries. Kevin Grogan, CEO of MedLit Solutions will lead the combined teams.
