Company acquires Makara Health, who will work alongside Precision’s branded medical and scientific agency.
Precision Value & Health, a New York-based company that provides commercialization services that range from market intelligence platforms to value and access solutions, has acquired Makara Health, a healthcare communications agency located in the UK. The move—says Precision—will expand its European footprint and reinforce the company’s market growth position with its principal capabilities in the region.
The acquisition of Makara boosts Precision Value & Health’s ability to offer pharma clients in Europe culturally aligned programs, along with support to achieve their business objectives. The company has specializations in learning and development, medical and patient education, PR, and brand promotion. It will be working closely with PRECISIONscientia, an agency that delivers medical and scientific communications.
“Broadening the reach of our services in Europe is one of Precision Value & Health's focused strategies in order to extend our offering to more organizations and healthcare clinicians around the world,” comments Doug Fulling, president of Precision Value & Health.
