Merger with pharmacovigilance service provider helps company expands its end-to-end solutions in the region.
PharmaLex, a healthcare and life sciences consulting and outsourcing service provider, is merging with Cpharm, a company that offers pharmacovigilance and medical services in Australia and New Zealand.
The merger plan consists of growing PharmaLex’s footprint in the aforementioned countriesthrough Cpharm’s expert capabilities in drug and device vigilance in the region, while offering complementary services and expanding the service portfolio of both companies. Cpharm has been providing a range of pharmacovigilance, safety and risk management, medical information, material review, and patient program services to support clients that range from start-ups to top-10 multinational pharma companies.
