We've been rolling out Pharmaceutical Commerce Magazine's October content bit by bit, and one of those articles is penned by Amy Niles of the PAN Foundation in her "Healthcare Reform" column. She does a wonderful job outlining two of the IRA’s most important provisions that will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2025—a $2,000 cap on OOP drug spending for all individuals with a Part D plan, and the opportunity to opt-in to the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan and spread costs throughout the year.
