The agreement focuses on augmenting the patient support experience, including from an adherence perspective.
Inizio Engage, a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare, and Nye Health, a data platform, are forming a strategic partnership centered around improving the patient support experience.1 It is expected to pull from Inizio Engage’s patient solutions services—combined with the advanced analytics and data integration utilized in Nye Health’s digital platform—to create successful patient outcome programs.
By joining forces, this newly formed patient support experience is reportedly able to tackle patient needs with the help of clinical knowledge, digital tech, patient data, and behavioral insights. As a result, various concerns in the space are able to be addressed, including patient adherence.
“This partnership feels like the logical next step to add maximum patient benefits to our customer engagements in patient support,” said Kate Kelly, managing director, UK & Ireland, Inizio Engage. “By relying upon better data (including real-world sources) we can offer better insights, increased measurability, plus have the ability to adapt and optimize a configurable, platform-based approach to our clients.”
The Nye Health platform is able to incorporate what are known as patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), patient feedback, and behavior data, along with NHS electronic medical records (EMRs) for additional insight into patient behaviors and needs.
“The effective utilization of digital technology in patient support programs represents a huge opportunity that hasn’t yet been fully realized,” commented Tom White, Nye Health’s chief product officer. “Together, we can bring benefits to the millions of patients living with a long-term condition, an increasingly stretched healthcare profession, as well as enable the pharmaceutical industry to more fully understand the impact and effectiveness of their treatments.”
Last month, Inizio announced that it was launching a new global experiential agency, Emota, which combines Ashfield Event Experiences (AEE) and WRG.2 The resulting agency is expected to provide a full portfolio of services and capabilities that serve the healthcare industry and global brands.
In the form of end-to-end strategic and creative capabilities, the agency offers a plethora of services surrounding meetings congresses/conventions, event experiences, exhibitions and brand experiences that impact the film, digital, behavioral science, and scientific areas. The new agency lies in the experience design (XD) specialist area of Inizio Engage, assisting clients by pulling from the strategic, consulting knowledge across the employee engagement and learning and capability services of XD. Emota even utilizes the know-how of Inizio Engage’s commercial, medical affairs and patient solutions.
“We believe that businesses and brands are increasingly defined by the experiences that they create for their stakeholders,” noted Russ Lidstone, president of Inizio Engage XD and CMO of Inizio Engage. “So now is the right time to combine our two pre-eminent event brands into Emota, one powerful, global offer. I’m truly excited to be able to offer our clients scale, creativity, innovation and delivery excellence for our clients in healthcare and beyond.”
