With FDA’s compliance deadline only three months away, the tech-supply chain partnership is expected to help manufacturers and wholesalers meet the Nov. 27 deadline.
LSPedia, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that specializes in product traceability solutions for the pharma industry, has partnered with Altro Pharmaceuticals, who provides services to manufacturers and wholesale distributors in the sector, helping them expand their businesses, streamline supply chain operations, and increase efficiency. Now, with this partnership, Altro customers are hoping to be able to easily comply with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) ahead of the FDA's final deadline on Nov. 27, 2023.
The SaaS provider’s OneScan Suite enables manufacturers and wholesalers to quickly achieve full compliance with all DSCSA requirements, including serialization, sending and receiving EPCIS data, verification, and interoperability. Further, the solution includes access to LSPedia's Investigator for Exceptions Management, which helps alert, resolve, and prevent EPCIS transaction errors.
"Getting DSCSA right is essential to the smooth flow of business in the pharma supply chain, so we take it incredibly seriously, and we absolutely want our customers to succeed with it,” says Sandy Greco, president of Altro Pharmaceuticals.
